A GREAT TREASURE: OUR FANTASTIC CULTURAL HERITAGE! The historical-cultural heritage contributes to the formation of the identity of the individual and of a people. The current means of communication and the internet offer the great opportunity to know and appreciate the wonders that belong to our country and that of others, allowing us to overcome physical distances and psychological walls because the knowledge of other cultures opens the mind, imagination and heart. Goal11 of the 2030 Agenda also envisages "Strengthening efforts to protect and safeguard the cultural and natural heritage of the world" but only what we know and love can be protected.
